The NBC News/Wall St. Journal poll out today shows the President holding with a 39% approval rating.

The telling facts:
Within the 39%, 7% have been, "out of town".
11% say they never look at news - TV, newspapers, nothing. "Too depressing."
21% were unaware of an election Nov. 7 and have no intention of voting.
