We were pleased that our buy signal yesterday drove Apple stock up $4.42 today.
To an incredible new high of 118.77.

Several announcements today, the coolest: iTunes U, free courses and lectures from a list of universities; Stanford, Duke, MIT, Penn State, etc.

But. NEVER buy 600,000 shares of any penny stock. Never. Chest pains and a left leg jumping all day as LTHU, purchased for .06, .12 yesterday, down to .077 today, then recovering to .09. Never again.

We missed a lot of May. Server problems and a recurrence of my Restless Leg Syndrome.

Segolene Royal, our candidate for president of France, did not win. Sarkozy won. "Sarkozy" is French for bushie.

Wolfowitz retired. Broke up with what's her name.

We put a strong buy on Apple starting Sept. 4 (see blog) at 68.38. Closed Friday at 113.62. Will split at 140.
One to watch: Lithium Technologies. LTHU. Penny stock we just bought for .06. Introduced a new battery last week. GAIA brand, manufactured in Germany. Stock to .12.

At 9:46am this morning Mary had a healthy 8lb. 6oz. boy who they decided to name Samuel David instead of Gene, which had been my...hope.
I don't know that I will be able to see my boy any time soon, but I trust Mary and Heather will raise him with love.
