Victory in Iraq!

"We have won."

After meeting with James Baker and Lee Hamilton yesterday and Generals Abizaid and Casey today, the President will announce tomorrow that we have won in Iraq.

In front of a "Victory is Ours" banner in front of the White House, with Republican leaders surrounding, Bush will begin a two-week tour of the country meeting with Republican candidates to insure a sweep of Congressional and Senatorial races.
"We did not cut and run - we won. Now all that's left is to ease out, with honor."

New television ads are rolling out Monday. "Ease out - with Honor" The new theme for November 7.
