The New York Post reported August 9 that Vanity Fair magazine had hired the famous photographer Annie Leibovitz (classic Rolling Stone covers) to photograph the baby Cruise. We all will now see the kid in the October issue. (before that all over the internets)

The most important news to come out is that Ms. Leibovitz spent a full three days digitally modifying the pictures. She then closed her studio for the month of August.
