Dear President Pelosi:

As America celebrates another anniversary of our independence, I call upon you to commute the sentence of former president George W. Bush.

I would request the same for the former vice president, but it seems his health problems will keep him out.

For America and the world to see a former president in a federal prison will have a detrimental effect on our economic future.
